Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely packing the product and shipping it back to our address unless the error is on our side (damaged or incorrect product).
Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the return is received.
The refund will be made to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Sarees that are customized, altered, or used
Sale or discounted items
Products without original packaging and tags
