1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for safely packing the product and shipping it back to our address unless the error is on our side (damaged or incorrect product).

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return.

4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the return is received.

  • The refund will be made to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees that are customized, altered, or used

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products without original packaging and tags
